An agent is awarded a ring based on achieving a certain level of cash flow in a rolling 12-month period, while an agent is awarded an advancement based on meeting various criteria over specific rolling time frames. Please note that many of our agents do not achieve the same level of success. For the calendar year 2023, World Financial Group Insurance Agency, LLC its subsidiary agencies and World Financial Group Insurance Agency of Canada, Inc., as a whole, paid an average of $6,534.77 to its life insurance-licensed agents in the United States and Canada. This amount includes U.S. and Canadian dollars earned by the agent in their local currency, and is not adjusted for exchange rates. Agents are independent contractors who bear all their own business expenses and average cash flow numbers do not account for individual expenses that any agent may incur in connection with the WFGIA business.
