WFG is proud to be a part of the excitement that is NASCAR – teaming up with Rousch Fenway Racing in sponsoring driving sensation Trevor Bayne, the youngest winner of the legendary Daytona 500. Driving the WFG No. 6 Ford Mustang, Trevor placed fourth at the NASCAR Nationwide Series Sam’s Town 300 on March 9, 2013. Trevor will also be driving the WFG-sponsored car in the upcoming Great Clips 200 at Phoenix International Raceway on November 9, 2013.

Team Jennifer Jones
WFG is proud to support the amazing Team Jennifer Jones during the upcoming curling season. This team has a solid performance record, as the 2012 Canadian Scotties Tournament of Hearts Bronze Medalists and the 2011 Silver Medalists. Now, Team Jennifer Jones has set an even bigger goal. By becoming one of only two teams who qualified for the 2013 Olympic Curling Trials, Team Jennifer Jones is working to earn the distinction of representing Canada in the 2014 Winter Olympics.

WFG is a proud sponsor of the Canadian Curling Association’s Season of Champions. As a sponsor of the Season of Champions events, the company supports a sport that’s growing in popularity across the globe.
World Financial Group Continental Cup
WFG has been the title sponsor of the WFG Continental Cup of Curling since 2010. This event brings together six teams from North America and six teams representing The World in a four-day event featuring a variety of disciplines, such as Team Games, Mixed Doubles, Singles, Men’s, Women’s and Mixed Skins Games.
Capital One Canada Cup of Curling
The Capital One Cup is a points-based competition that awards each curling team a point value based on their performance during each Capital One Grand Slam of Curling event. At the end of the curling season, a purse totaling $170,000 is awarded to the top three men’s and women’s teams based on their results during the season.
WFG supports the Capital One Canada Cup as a sponsor of the Season of Champion events.
M&M Meat Shops Canadian Juniors
The Canadian Junior Curling Championships is an annual curling tournament held to determine the best junior-level curling team in Canada and is supported by WFG as part of the Season of Champions events.
Scotties Tournament of Hearts
The Scotties Tournament of Hearts is an annual Canadian women’s curling championship, sanctioned by the Canadian Curling Association. We are proud to support this event through our sponsorship of the Season of Champions events. We are also proud to sponsor Team Jennifer Jones, which will be competing in this event.
Tim Hortons Brier
WFG is proud to sponsor the Tim Hortons Brier. The Brier is the annual Canadian men’s curling championship, sanctioned by the Canadian Curling Association. We are supporting this event as part of our sponsorship of the Season of Champions.

WFG is proud to sponsor the 2013 Ford World Men’s Curling Championship, as part of our sponsorship of the Season of Champions events.
WFG is proud to sponsor chuckwagon racer Jason Glass, winner of the 2012 Grand Prairie Stompede for the 2012 World Professional Chuckwagon Association Season.
We have sponsored chuckwagon racers since 2006, when we sponsored Colt Cosgrave and began our relationship with Jason Glass. We later sponsored chuckwagon-racing legend Buddy Bensmiller from 2007 to 2011.
